Maths word problem

Marilyn needs to fertilise her front lawn. It measures 20 metres by 35 metres. Each bag of the fertiliser that she plans to use covers approximately 200m2. How many bags should she buy?

Remember: length X width
1.
20 x 30  = 600
20 x 5 = 100
100  +  600 = 700
20 x 35 = 700
2.
700 ÷ 2 = 350
700 ÷ 200 = 3.5

She will have to by 4 but use have of the 4 bag so then that makes 3.5.

I think this is stage 6 to 7.
My next goal is to use rounding and competition.
