Soccer with Ben

Thank you for coming and teaching us soccer skills and I hope that you come back next year because you taught us how to dribble, pass a ball to the other people, how to stop, kick and throw.Thank you for letting us play Octopus, Flag Tag and Truck and trailer and I liked playing in the little tournament on the last week of school. Mighty Muscles


The article is about building Muscles. In order to have strong muscles, we have to eat these food: fish,meat,nut and cheese.The  biggest Muscle in our body is the one we sit on and it is called Gluteus Maximus. The smallest Muscles is deep in our ear and it called Stapedius. When we run,  first we have to stretch our hands and legs so when we finish our run, our legs won’t hurt. Cramp happens when a muscle stays tightly contracted. The muscles feel hard and sore. Gentle stretching can make it feel better.
