Today we have done a word problem and it was not to bad for me. Here is our word problem.
Tom and Katie went for a five kilometre run. Tom took 40.23 minutes to complete the run while Katie took 40.92 minutes.
Who was faster and by how many minutes?
Cheryl had 3.5 litres of water to water her plant. Each plant needs 0.5 litres. How many plants can Cheryl water?
Sione ran 0.45 kilometres more on Friday than Saturday. On Saturday he ran 11.25 km. How many kilometres did Sione run on Friday?

BIRTHDAY
It started of with an sunny day. I was thinking that it was going to be the best day in the holidays. It was very sunny that when I looked out side it was very bright so I closed the door.
When my dad asked me to get ready I said '' what a we getting ready for'' and he said that we were going to my cousins birthday. I just remembered that It was his birthday so I started to get ready as fast as I could because I knew that we were going somewhere very exciting. Next we got to there house, I went to my cousin and I said happy birthday to him and he said thank you.
He said that we were going to chipmunks and it was very exciting for me because it was my first time there.
After we got there I ran to this big slide and it was cool because I went and started to jump of to the bottom. It was cool because It was so big that It took more than 30 seconds to get down.
Last of all when we finished we went to get some food from Pak'n'save. They bought lollies. chips and drinks. It was a very blasting day for me

Sciences with with Mrs Tofa
On Tuesday we were with Mrs Tofa and we were doing sciences the whole day. It was fun with Mrs Tofa. I liked the Science day.
When she finished, we had apples and she told use to put it into all the cups. The cups had sprite, L & P, vinegar. It was not cool because we had to stare at the apples till one of them turned brown. The first one to turn brown was the apple in vinegar and water. L & P and sprite were the ones that didn't turn brown. There are more chemical in vinegar so thats why it turned brown.
It was fun in the morning because we were watching Mrs Tofa talk about what science is about. She was talking about what will happen when baking powder and vinegar are mixed together. She put it in and the water started to fizz up and then it almost over flowed.
After that, it was morning tea. After morning tea, it was time to make our scones. It was cool because we were allowed to get into our own groups and then we it was time to go to Mrs Tofa and she will tell us what were meant to do.
Last of all it was time to take our Scones to the hall kitchen. When we took it to the hall kitchen we baked then for about 20 or 30 minutes till it came out. When it came out it tasted so great.

Maths
Heres my maths problem. Sarah backed 350 cakes in 7.5 hours. How many cakes can she bake in 15 hours? 700 because 7.5 + 7.5 = 15 so I did 350 + 350 = 700
Wood work
Today in wood tech Mr Grundy told us that we were going to choose one out 10 pictures that we drawed and thats the one were going to draw with the wood.
When we were in class I was hard to pick because there was alot of pictures that I was drawing. it came to that time when I had picked one of the drawing and it was a car. It was so hard to draw the lines with the wood.
Next after that Mr Grundy told use to stand in a circle because people were taping on the table so he told the person that was taping on the table to go and sit out side. When the person was out side there more people that was going to sit out side because they were not being good.
Last of all it came to the end of our lesson because Mr Grundy was angry at people because they were just play around and doing there work. He told use to go line up out side because it was time to go back to school.
