POEM

The chair is as blue as the sky.
The grass is green like the leaves on the tree.
I see a bee flying through the big trees.
Then when I look at the cloud it makes me wanna frown
I feel like pounding on the ground.

Persuasive Writing

I am going to talk about why we should have one block of free time to do whatever we want. My main point is that We should be allowed to have one block of free

I believe that room 10 should have 1 block of free time. This is good because It will get the kids awake before its time for learning because they will talking to friends and they will be happy that they a playing.

First I will mention that room 10 should have 1 block of the day for free time in class. I believe that we should have free time because then the class will be awake to learn in class. Another reason is that we should be allowed to play games in the morning so that the kids will be in class early with all their school things will be ready for learning. Also because we need to rest our minds before doing our work. We should be able to play 1 block of the day so that we can have a rest from doing work.

My second point is that we should be allowed to have free time because this will be the only time of the day that we will be playing games. It is good for us to play games because once they've had their free time, they will be happy to learn.

My third point is that room 10 should be able to have free time for one block of the day because once the teacher says that its free time the kids will be listening and they will be happy before learning instead of being sad in the morning.

Duffy assembly

Today we went to  Duffy Assembly and it was good because there was a guy and his name was Myron Simpson. He is a person that loves to ride bikes when he was small.

When he was talking he said that he had won a silver medal in Mexico. He said that it was hard because there was alot of people that was racing.

His favorite place that he had been to is Italy because there was alot of nice people, nice beaches and nice pizza. Also nice food in Italy.

Last of all he showed us his bike and his gear that he used to race in all the races, that he had been too. He said that his bike was very light, and that he could lift it up with his pinky finger. He also said that all his gear was Aero Dynamic, which helps him to go faster.

KIWI CAN

Today we went to Kiwi can. Kiwi can was fun because every time we go there we learn something new every week. Our Topic this term is Resilience. It is a lot of fun for our class.

Today we our focus was facing new challenges. When we were in Kiwi can we played a game called hand circle and it was fun because we had to stay focus where your hands where.

The next game we played was ''DO IT'' It was fun because it was just like Simon says but we had actions and thats the only actions we could do nut he could Mix it up. It was a lot of fun.

Next activity we did was focus. There was one person in the middle and then there was four people around him and the person in front had to do a action. The person at the back had to draw on there back and the person in the middle had to guess what he was drawing. Then the people on the sides had to talk to them.

Last of all we had to go back in to a circle and then Mr Nomia was did the point and we got 25 and that was the highest point there.
